How Sophos is using Tines to keep its employees and data around the world safe

Sophos, a security software and hardware company protecting networks used by 100 million people worldwide, needed a way to simplify complex internal security workflows across many products. Its security team was looking for a better way to orchestrate tools and processes to keep employees and data safe from cyber threats, especially as manual handling of incidents was time-consuming and error-prone.

Using Tines, Sophos built automated workflows for phishing response and other security use cases, extracting indicators from suspicious emails, scanning links and attachments with security tools, and sending the results to its ticketing system for analysts. Tines also helped automate more than 20 additional workflows, improved consistency, and eliminated human error, while saving around 50% of analyst time per case.
