Auth0, the identity management platform securing more than 100 million logins each day, needed a way to keep up with rapid growth while supporting its Detection & Response team. To manage security alerts across the organization and customer base more efficiently, Auth0 turned to Tines after its previous automation platform couldn’t scale or meet usability needs.

With Tines, Auth0 automated alert ingestion, enrichment, notification, and user verification workflows, including security bots that collect additional information through ticketing and Slack. The result was a faster, more flexible response process that saves about 15 minutes per alert requiring analyst review, adding up to roughly 15 hours saved per week, while also reducing false positives and giving the team more time for complex investigations.
