Philips Austria partnered with Timly to improve the management of around 2,000 medical demonstration devices loaned to clinics and practices. The company needed a better way to track costly, modular equipment and accessories over long loan and return cycles, reduce the risk of misplacement, and keep everything ready for use.

Timly implemented a connected solution combining its inventory software with adnexo GPS trackers and an internal logistics workflow. Each device and transport case was digitally recorded in Timly with QR codes, serial numbers, status, and location, while automatic notifications and planning tools streamlined coordination; the result was full transparency, faster decisions, reduced manual effort, and improved scheduling and device utilization.
