HAUSER GmbH, a refrigeration technology company based in Linz, Austria, needed a better way to manage thousands of tools, maintenance obligations, and employee qualifications across its operations. As a result, HAUSER reduced repair times from up to three weeks to just a few days, nearly eliminated tool losses, improved accountability and communication, and streamlined maintenance and qualification tracking.
