Unique Personalservice, a recruitment specialist and part of RGF Staffing in Germany, sought to modernize its job application process. The company required an online booking system that would allow candidates to instantly book interviews from any digital touchpoint. Their challenge was finding a solution that could seamlessly integrate with their existing HR system (PERSY) and other calendars, scale with their rapid growth, and be managed across a complex network of over 90 locations and 500 consultants.
