A TIMi Case Study
Mornese, a call center company operating in Peru, Colombia, and Argentina, provides outsourced financial debt recovery services and needed to automate its daily reporting. The company was spending long hours and significant human effort building reports from three data sources, including a daily optimal calling report for Power BI and several daily reports for a Peruvian bank.
TIMi implemented its Anatella ETL engine to automate data extraction, validation, and report preparation. This reduced the optimal calling report process from about 7 hours to a much shorter automated workflow, and cut the bank reporting process from roughly 6 hours to about 10 minutes, with final delivery in around 1 hour and no errors. TIMi also helped Mornese reduce daily execution time by about 5 hours and improve report quality and client satisfaction.
