Geographical Expansion With Predictive Analytic

Deloitte worked with TIMi to help a logistic operator specialized in transporting highly valuable materials expand geographically across Belgium. Although the company was already very strong in three Belgian provinces, it had limited activity in the rest of the country and needed a better way to identify growth opportunities.

Using Anatella and TIMi Modeler, TIMi and Deloitte consultants built a predictive model to identify companies most likely to adopt the operator’s products, combining firmographics with transactional history from partner companies. The model achieved very high accuracy, helping the company focus on less than 5% of the total population while reaching more than 60% of its potential market.
