Case Study: ZorgSaam achieves data-driven, future-proof healthcare with TimeXtender

ZorgSaam uses TimeXtender to keep care affordable and feasible

ZorgSaam, a nursing care provider in Zeeland, faced major healthcare pressure from an ageing population, staff shortages, and the need to make care more data-driven and accessible. To support this, ZorgSaam worked with TimeXtender, implemented by E-mergo in collaboration with Rapid Circle, to build a secure data ecosystem that could help staff and patients access the right information without technical barriers.

Using TimeXtender, ZorgSaam quickly connected source systems such as Chipsoft HiX and combined operational and financial data into a low-code platform. The result was faster delivery of new use cases, including integrated capacity planning dashboards for beds and operating rooms and patient questionnaire visualizations in Power BI, reducing manual Excel work and improving decision-making and patient consultations. TimeXtender also helped ZorgSaam prepare for future data-exchange requirements and become less dependent on vendor roadmaps.
