Qredits, a Dutch microfinance foundation that helps entrepreneurs who cannot access bank financing, needed a more efficient way to manage its growing data and reporting demands. Its BI team was spending too much time making changes in the existing data warehouse, so Qredits turned to TimeXtender with support from E-mergo to simplify data management and improve insight.

With TimeXtender, Qredits received training and help rebuilding and optimizing its data warehouse, unlocking sources like Micronet and Salesforce and connecting them to Tableau for reporting. The result was faster dashboard creation, easier maintenance, and better consistency in reporting, with about 80% of the data now in TimeXtender and more employees creating their own dashboards and working in a more data-driven way.
