Vesteda makes better decisions through data analysis

Vesteda, a Dutch property investor with a large residential portfolio, needed a better way to use the growing volumes of data from its ERP, CRM, valuation, scenario analysis and master data systems. Its old data warehouse was manual, time-consuming and error-prone, making it difficult to turn data into timely insights. Vesteda adopted TimeXtender, with support from E-mergo, to automate and simplify its data landscape.

TimeXtender was implemented as an ETL “orchestrator” on Snowflake, connecting Vesteda’s five systems and feeding clean data into Power BI for reporting and analysis. The result was a faster, cheaper and more scalable process, with turnaround time from request to go-live shortened considerably. Vesteda also gained greater transparency across operational and financial data and became more self-sufficient after training.
