The Municipality of Venray, serving just under 44,000 residents in the Netherlands, struggled with fragmented Excel-based reporting, ad hoc data requests, and manual database connections that made information hard to manage, insecure, and difficult to use for policy development. Venray needed a secure, user-friendly business intelligence environment, and selected TimeXtender as the vendor for building its data foundation.

TimeXtender helped Venray create an automated, centrally managed BI and data environment that connected multiple internal and external data sources, including social services, finance, and population registers.
