TimeXtender organizes Facilicom Group’s data in a central platform

Facilicom Group, one of the Netherlands’ largest facility providers with more than 30,000 employees, needed a better way to manage its growing data landscape. With many applications and a lot of data stored in SAP, the company lacked a central platform to manage the full data loading chain and create a single, unambiguous view of its information. TimeXtender was brought in to help.

TimeXtender implemented a central data platform in Microsoft Azure, helping Facilicom Group organize and migrate key finance data and prepare HR and CRM for future integration. The result is a single source of truth with shared dashboards, fewer reporting errors, easier addition of new data sources, and improved GDPR compliance; retrieval of SAP data is also being accelerated, with the goal of cutting access time from ten minutes to about thirty seconds.
