UCC Coffee needed a better way to unify and manage data across legacy systems, including an internal AS400 ERP and SAP R/3, as the company moved toward Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI for reporting. The business was looking for a solution from TimeXtender that could help it build a data warehouse and integrate data more efficiently across production, supply chain, and customer service operations.

TimeXtender implemented an Azure Data Lake–based ODX approach to orchestrate data ingestion and speed up data warehouse development, while also making security and permissions easier to manage. With TimeXtender, UCC Coffee was able to centralize its data, accelerate integration work, and deliver insights to stakeholders much faster, helping internal teams focus on growth and customer value.
