Case Study: Dagelijks Leven achieves greater self-sufficiency and better data insights with TimeXtender

A TimeXtender Case Study

Preview of the Dagelijks Leven Case Study

The user-friendliness of TimeXtender is amazing

Dagelijks Leven, a Dutch healthcare provider operating 78 small-scale residential facilities for people with memory problems, needed a more user-friendly way to manage its data warehouse. Previously, every change required a consultant, and the team wanted greater control over complex data for absenteeism, staffing, compliance, and reporting. TimeXtender, implemented with support from E-mergo, was chosen to make the warehouse easier to use and maintain.

TimeXtender helped Dagelijks Leven take ownership of its data warehouse and build PowerBI reporting on top of integrated data from AFAS and Nedap. The project enabled the team to continue development themselves, added more than 150 dashboards, and delivered deeper insight into absenteeism, workforce mix, and care operations. Dagelijks Leven also noted that reports remained unchanged for location managers, while the back-end became much more self-sufficient and efficient.
