New data warehouse gives Optimum Group insight into the fast-growing volume of data

Optimum Group, an international printing company with 17 branches and more on the way, needed a way to bring inconsistent data from multiple ERP and other systems into a single, usable view. Its biggest challenge was getting data consistently into the system and making it easy to add new branches as the business grew. TimeXtender was selected, together with Azure and Power BI, to replace the older manually built SQL Server data warehouse.

TimeXtender helped Optimum Group standardize data transformation, modeling, and consumption in the cloud, making reporting more intuitive, secure, and scalable. With TimeXtender, Optimum Group gained “one version of the truth,” faster report development, easier branch onboarding, and centralized logic in the data warehouse instead of the dashboards. The company reported reliable reports, better control over its data, and measurable time and cost savings, while also supporting operational tracking and its Optimum Green sustainability initiative.
