A TimeXtender Case Study
Air Atlanta, Icelandic, one of the world’s largest ACMI service providers, needed to reduce AOG (Aircraft on Ground) time and costs while improving visibility into maintenance and scheduling data. Using TimeXtender, the company sought to fix incorrect part registrations, improve data quality, and keep pace with changing operational and compliance requirements.
TimeXtender implemented data quality checks, process management, and data governance to help Air Atlanta track repairs, monitor MGH contracts, and ensure aircraft were scheduled and utilized correctly. The result was less rework, fewer manual tasks, better parts usage, and lower costs, with improved compliance and confidence in real-time data. Air Atlanta also reported that its aircraft are now fully utilized and not causing revenue leakage.
