Case Study: CAOP achieves an up-to-date, central data warehouse with TimeXtender

From PDF reports to a data warehouse containing up-to-date information

CAOP, an employment knowledge and service center supporting more than 200 clients, was struggling with outdated PDF reports and fragmented data from systems like Exact and time registration tools. They wanted to move from static reporting to timely, visual, and interactive insights, and brought in TimeXtender with E-mergo to help build a more modern data warehouse and reporting foundation.

Using TimeXtender data integration and Qlik Sense dashboards, TimeXtender helped CAOP centralize and automate data processing, convert Excel-based business logic, and connect multiple systems in one place. The result was faster access to reliable financial information, reduced reliance on complex spreadsheets, improved data quality and integrity, and daily visibility into cost and return trends. By summer 2021, financial dashboards were fully operational across CAOP.
