Din Bil Gruppen is the largest Volkswagen‑brand retailer in Sweden, with 37 outlets, about 2,000 employees and a full range of sales, leasing, service and spare‑parts operations. Rapid, organic growth left the business running many legacy systems across sites, creating interoperability problems, multiple “versions of the truth,” and slow, resource‑heavy reporting—while IT capacity was limited and GDPR compliance also needed to be addressed.

Working with Swedish partner InfoZone, Din Bil implemented TimeXtender’s Discovery Hub® with a new data warehouse and QlikSense dashboards (the project moved from first meeting to decision in two months and finance went live in Feb 2018). The single, documented data platform provides data lineage and automated documentation, lets users run advanced cross‑analysis (for example profit by model/color/time), reduced maintenance for a small IT team, and delivered a trustworthy, future‑proof BI solution built in roughly three months.
