Nedap is a Dutch, global supplier of identification and security solutions with eight business units and about 750 employees. Despite using Dynamics NAV in multiple countries, each office exported data differently and relied on manual CSV exports into QlikView, making company-wide, timely and comparable reporting slow, error-prone and difficult to maintain.

Nedap implemented TimeXtender’s Discovery Hub (via partner Victa) to create a single automated corporate data source feeding QlikView, Power BI and Excel. The platform reduced report preparation from days to hours, centralized reporting tasks to two employees, introduced automated error alerts, and delivered accurate, company-wide views with minimal disruption to the business.
