AmbaFlex, a Dutch maker of customized spiral conveyor systems with about 400 employees and production sites worldwide, faced crippling data fragmentation as it grew. The new system — supported by on-site training and a single BI resource — has replaced the spreadsheet chaos with a unified, auditable source of truth, speeding reporting, improving data accuracy and making business-wide insights readily available.
