Greenham Trust - Customer Case Study

Greenham Trust is a charitable trust and community funder in West Berkshire that needed a simple way to manage staff time off while teams were working remotely during lockdown. As the organization shifted to more home working, its manual holiday sheets were no longer the easiest way to keep track of who was away, especially when staff needed to coordinate leave around bereavement, caring responsibilities, and other urgent absences. Greenham Trust chose Timetastic for holiday tracking.

Timetastic gave Greenham Trust an easy, shared view of staff absences so everyone could see who was off and check their remaining entitlement. The team could also carry over up to five days of leave, and the added visibility helped employees feel more in control during an uncertain period. By making absence management simpler and more transparent, Timetastic supported Greenham Trust’s 18-person team as they adapted to remote working and maintained smooth day-to-day communication.
