Agility Factor is a Calgary-based consulting firm (founded 2006) that delivers project-focused services using a 100% contracted consultant workforce. After some initial implementation tuning, Tenrox was fully integrated for timesheets, invoicing and workforce planning—streamlining CRM-to-accounting data flow so a single administrator can process far more transactions, the system scales with growth, consultants find it intuitive, and the platform is now even used in client sales demos to demonstrate the company’s organized, repeatable operations.
