Moha is an intimate, award‑winning boutique hair salon in New Zealand founded by stylists Kylie Hayes and Nelson Morrison. After moving from a large loft‑style space, Kylie needed a streamlined system to manage bookings, staff and front‑of‑house operations so she could reduce admin and spend more time on the salon floor, competitions and with family.

Moha implemented Timely’s online booking, POS and iOS app, using 48‑hour email and 24‑hour SMS reminders, mobile payments on an iPad, and on‑the‑go calendar access for staff. The result was fewer no‑shows and less administrative work, a smoother client experience at the front counter, and the flexibility for Kylie to run the business from anywhere while focusing on clients and international competitions.
