The Facialist by Ashleigh Scott is a specialist facial salon in Auckland founded by Ashleigh after a career revival in London. Returning to New Zealand, she chose to focus solely on bespoke facial treatments but started small—renting a room and doing all the work herself—and needed a way to manage bookings, reception and admin without losing client time (and she wasn’t confident with technology).

She adopted Timely’s booking and business-management tools, adding online bookings, reporting and automated front-desk functions. Timely removed the need for a full-time receptionist, let her hires spend time with clients, and freed Ashleigh to become Creative Director. The salon moved to a larger location, hired two staff, launched a product line, runs training workshops and mentoring, and now tracks sales and manages the business remotely.
