Redwave, a technical secondment agency, faced a significant challenge with its outdated, manual time-tracking process. Employees on remote drilling platforms submitted hundreds of paper timesheets each week via fax, photo, or email, which then had to be manually entered into multiple systems by the sales department. This was an extremely time-consuming necessity. Seeking to automate processes and gain better oversight, Redwave turned to the time tracking software from TimeChimp.

TimeChimp's solution was integrated via API with Redwave's existing Plato planning system, creating an automated workflow where scheduled hours flow directly into TimeChimp. This eliminated manual data entry, saving the company substantial time and reducing administrative costs. Employees now only need to verify and correct their hours. The implementation of TimeChimp, as part of a larger automation effort, saves Redwave at least €150,000 annually and provides greater insight for both the company and its clients through the customer portal.
