Solace Women’s Aid doubles income to £15 million with Time Technology

Solace Women’s Aid, a charity supporting survivors of violence against women and girls, faced an exponential increase in demand for its services and a sixfold growth in donations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Without a CRM, its data was fractured across multiple spreadsheets, leading to lengthy reconciliation and administrative delays that hindered its rapid growth. To address this, the organization partnered with vendor Time Technology for an implementation of Salesforce and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

Time Technology implemented a customized Salesforce solution featuring NPSP, their own Gift Aid package, and a FormAssembly donations form. This provided a unified view of all supporter activities and income, automated data imports, and streamlined contract management. The result saved the team days of administrative time each month and provided executive and finance teams with instant reporting, enabling Solace to confidently manage its significant growth and even administer a grant program that received over 600 applications.
