Threebs is a Malaysia-based health and beauty retailer that wanted to leverage TikTok’s rising popularity to drive online sales while keeping cost-per-acquisition low, targeting customers aged 25–34. Working with TikTok for Business, the brand adopted TikTok’s short-form ad formats and ad offerings to increase its online presence after beginning TikTok advertising in 2021.

TikTok for Business deployed a Full Funnel Campaign using Spark Ads (Reach objective) to boost awareness and website traffic, then built custom and lookalike audiences for lower-funnel conversion campaigns. The strategy produced 660+ Add-to-Cart conversions, achieved a deep-goal conversion rate above 1%, and cut CPA by over 62%, enabling Threebs to continue scaling and explore new markets.
