Cupid Media, an Australian online dating platform, partnered with TikTok for Business to improve awareness and conversions in the Latin America region. The company had struggled with limited creative diversity and content that didn’t fit the TikTok platform, and wanted to reduce CPA and CPC while increasing click-through rates.
TikTok for Business helped Cupid Media use Canva templates to quickly turn existing brand assets into TikTok-ready In-Feed ad creatives at scale, allowing the team to produce five assets in the time it previously took to make one. With more diverse creative in market, TikTok for Business delivered Cupid Media’s best TikTok results to date: a 49% drop in CPA, a 33% drop in CPC, and a 38% increase in CTR.
