Goodfair, a retail brand that digitizes the thrift world with mystery pre-loved bundles, wanted to turn its strong organic TikTok following of over 400,000 followers into more website conversions. Working with TikTok for Business, the company aimed to adapt its organic TikTok presence into a paid media strategy to drive stronger performance.
TikTok for Business helped Goodfair use Spark Ads and In-Feed Ads, promoting user-generated and employee-created organic content alongside behind-the-scenes warehouse and educational videos. Goodfair also used the TikTok App on Shopify for one-click Pixel installation and Advanced Matching. The result was a 15.6% decrease in CPC, an 87.2% increase in CTR, and a 50.7% reduction in CPA, leading Goodfair to shift its entire paid content strategy to Spark Ads.
