Zalora, a leading Southeast Asian e-commerce fashion platform, wanted to boost its online brand presence and improve acquisition efficiency in a highly competitive market. To do this, Zalora worked with TikTok for Business to leverage data-centric creative ads and the TikTok Creative Program (TCP) to refresh its creative approach and reach the right audiences.
Under TikTok for Business’s TCP, Zalora partnered with creative studio Naisu to produce 12 human-centric UGC-style videos that highlighted key USPs like a free 30-day return policy and tested different creative categories. The campaign drove strong results: cost per acquisition fell by almost 72%, cost per new customer (CAC) dropped 14%, and conversion rates increased by roughly 1.7–1.76x.
