ALDI Nord worked with TikTok for Business to improve the performance of its digital flyer as customer needs shifted toward digital shopping information. The retailer wanted to increase ad recall, awareness, consideration, and intent for this important channel while testing which content style would work best on TikTok.

TikTok for Business ran a test using In-Feed Ads and an auction campaign, measured through a multi-cell Brand Lift Study, comparing native creator content with template-based content. The native content drove 11.2% more ad recall, while template content delivered a 3.1% lift in intent, showing that each format had strengths at different stages of the funnel and helping ALDI Nord refine its full-funnel TikTok approach.
