PostFinance, a subsidiary of the Swiss Postal Service, needed to reach a younger Swiss audience to drive awareness and sign-ups for its youth bank accounts. They worked with TikTok for Business and used TikTok ad formats (TopView and One Day Max In-Feed ads), offering a 50 CHF incentive to encourage account openings.

TikTok for Business ran a creative campaign with eye-catching editing and soundtrack, showing a Swiss Franc note transforming into purchasable items and directing users to an external link. The campaign generated over 6.3 million impressions, achieved a 16.47% click-through rate on TopView and a 17.37% engagement rate, delivering strong awareness and engagement among young digital natives.
