Deezer, the global music streaming service, wanted to understand the real incremental impact of its TikTok advertising campaigns on app installs and registrations. Working with TikTok for Business, Deezer set out to measure not just attributed conversions, but the true lift driven by its app promotion efforts.

TikTok for Business helped Deezer run an App Conversion Lift study using a randomized control trial, with campaign tracking supported by Adjust. By testing and optimizing native creatives for Android and iOS audiences in France, Deezer achieved a +29% lift in app installs and a +18% lift in registrations. The study also showed that incremental installs made up 53% of attributed installs and incremental registrations made up 55% of attributed registrations, proving TikTok’s measurable contribution to Deezer’s performance.
