UNDO, a Danish start-up based in Copenhagen, wanted to increase app downloads and secure more test drives to grow its customer base. Working with TikTok for Business, it aimed to reach Gen Z and millennial drivers with app-based insurance offers.

TikTok for Business helped UNDO and MIGHTY MONDAY run In-Feed Ads through TikTok’s Ads Manager, starting with humorous creative to build engagement and then shifting to conversion and app install campaigns lower in the funnel. The campaign delivered strong results, with a cost per acquisition 11x lower than other platforms, conversion rates 506% better than on UNDO’s other platforms, and conversion rates 2.78% higher than UNDO’s previous TikTok performance.
