Promoting the cavity preventing benefit of LOTTE XYLITOL through a fun and upbeat challenge in Vietnam

LOTTE XYLITOL, a gum brand focused on cavity prevention, needed to reconnect with Vietnam’s youth and boost confidence and product recall during the pandemic. They partnered with TikTok for Business and leveraged TikTok’s Branded Hashtag Challenge format to create an engaging, visual campaign that highlighted the gum’s cavity-preventing benefit.

TikTok for Business helped launch the #VoTuCuoi Hashtag Challenge with a quirky Branded Effect, branded music, nano-influencer creative seeding, Brand Takeover and One Day Max In-Feed Ads, plus Discover page placements to amplify reach. The campaign drove 59,000 video submissions, 124 million video views and reached 15.5 million users in Vietnam, significantly raising awareness of LOTTE XYLITOL’s cavity-prevention message.
