Acome is an Indonesian smartphone accessories brand targeting younger, online shoppers and sought to boost awareness and traffic during Harbolnas (12.12). To reach digital natives it worked with TikTok for Business using TikTok In-Feed Ads and TikTok Ads Manager (including custom audiences) alongside organic creator content.

TikTok for Business ran an In-Feed Ads campaign, leveraged custom audience targeting, partnered with creators like pingkyruslie and ivyfeb for unboxing/review content, and increased daily auction limits by 30–50% to stay competitive. The campaign drove over 480,000 clicks, achieved a 7.7s average watch time and a 34% 6-second view-through rate, produced creator videos with over a million views (one unboxing post earned ~359,000 likes, 1,700 comments and 4,000 shares), doubled Acome’s sales in December month-over-month and placed the brand in Shopee’s top five for audio during Harbolnas.
