TikTok for Business worked with MECCA Brands, Australia’s largest prestige beauty retailer, to expand beyond its strong organic TikTok presence and test performance marketing on platform. After more than two years of brand activity, MECCA wanted to drive sales more efficiently and replicate the success it had seen with its awareness campaigns.

TikTok for Business launched a 90-day performance onboarding program using In Feed Ads and Collection Ads, along with broad beauty targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting to support the “New Now Wow” campaign. The result was a 16% increase in ROAS, a 16% reduction in CPA for Add to Cart conversions, and a 15% lift in CVR, prompting MECCA to increase its investment on the platform.
