Colgate partnered with TikTok for Business to improve effective reach and brand relevance during the 9.9 Mega Sales season. As competition intensified across digital commerce platforms, Colgate needed a way to engage consumers at the right time and place while driving interest in its products.

TikTok for Business delivered a Shoppertainment-led campaign using TikTok Mega Mall, TikTok LIVE, and TikTok Lucky Draw. The campaign generated over 214.8 million impressions, 1.4 million unique visitors to TikTok Mega Mall, more than 126,000 LIVE watch counts, and 75,600 lucky draw participants, helping Colgate maximize reach, engagement, and e-commerce traffic during the promotion.
