Maximising lead generation and reducing acquisition costs for Pandas

Pandas, a smartphone trade-in brand, wanted to drive more lead generation by sending traffic to its website and encouraging visitors to request a quote for selling their devices, while keeping acquisition costs as low as possible. To support this goal, it turned to TikTok for Business for a content-led campaign using TikTok Ads Manager.

TikTok for Business helped Pandas create simple, fun creatives featuring its trade-in kiosks and run them as In-Feed Ads and Spark Ads, with creatives rotated every two weeks and organic posting used to test ideas and amplify reach. The campaign delivered CPA results between €0.16 and €0.80, reduced CPA by 30% versus other platforms, and also increased organic views through viral content.
