Tenengroup Ltd, a data-driven e-commerce house promoting its MYKA handmade personalised jewellery for Father's Day 2021, needed to cut cost-per-action and stand out in a crowded seasonal market. They partnered with TikTok for Business to test the platform and TikTok Ads Manager as a new channel for discovery and performance.

TikTok for Business ran a two-phase strategy: a prospecting campaign leveraging the For You feed, lookalike audiences and targeting recommendations (excluding recent purchasers) and a follow-up remarketing set for site visitors and users who watched ads for six seconds or more. The campaign delivered strong results: CPA fell 53%, conversion rate rose 52%, and CPM dropped 27%, with remarketing converting previously interested users into purchases.
