Aldo wanted to launch a new shoe collection and build feel-good excitement that encouraged self-expression and connection. To drive mass awareness for the drop, Aldo partnered with TikTok for Business and leveraged social-first solutions including a Branded Hashtag Challenge and TikTok ad placements to put the collection front-and-center.

TikTok for Business enlisted over 75 creators globally to kick off the #StepIntoLove Branded Hashtag Challenge and amplified the content with TopView, One Day Max In-Feed Ads, additional In-Feed placements and a Brand Lift Study. The campaign generated 5.1 billion hashtag video views, millions of user-created videos, reached billions in the U.S. during the 60-day challenge, delivered a 15.8% TopView CTR and a +2.5 awareness lift, drove traffic to Aldo’s site and earned major press coverage.
