Introducing POCO's updated flagship smartphone in Egypt with a Branded Hashtag Challenge

POCO was preparing to relaunch its flagship POCO X3 NFC in Egypt and needed to build awareness and drive deeper market penetration among digital natives, highlighting the phone’s high-end gaming features and fast-charging battery. To reach that audience it partnered with TikTok for Business and used TikTok’s creative ad solutions, including a Branded Hashtag Challenge and Branded Effect.

TikTok for Business launched the #أنا_وینر challenge with exclusive music from local band the Sharmoofers, a Branded Effect that showcased the X3’s “super power,” and supported the push with In-Feed Ads and TopViews. The campaign delivered massive engagement: 20 million likes/comments/shares, about 8,000 Branded Effect videos created, and reached 62% of TikTok’s Egyptian user base.
