Dear Me Beauty, an Indonesian beauty brand founded in 2017, wanted to drive sales and increase awareness after seeing beauty brands succeed on TikTok. Working with TikTok for Business, the brand set out to reach new audiences beyond the big cities where most of its customers were previously concentrated.

TikTok for Business supported Dear Me Beauty with an In-Feed Ads campaign during Indonesia’s Harbolnas 12.12 shopping event, paired with creator-made TikTok-style videos and engaging organic content on its Business Account. The campaign reached more than 7.2 million users, generated a 56% 2-second view-through rate, drove 92,000 profile visits, grew followers by over 60,000 in 16 days, and helped deliver a 60% sales increase during the campaign.
