CeraVe worked with TikTok for Business to grow preference for its skincare products among Australian consumers, especially women aged 18–34. The brand wanted to replicate the overseas TikTok-driven success it had seen in other markets by increasing local awareness and ultimately driving more product sales in Australia.
TikTok for Business supported the campaign with creator-led TopView content and In-Feed Ads, plus a catchy branded jingle to strengthen recall and showcase CeraVe’s three essential ceramides. The campaign delivered more than 15 million impressions and 13 million video views, while also generating an 84% uplift in brand recall and a 29% uplift in preference versus competitors.
