Increasing awareness and driving a wide, new audience in-store to Carrefour

Carrefour wanted to raise awareness among a younger audience for a new in-store activation, so they partnered with TikTok for Business to reach digital-native shoppers. The retailer used TikTok’s TopView ad format and a creator collaboration to drive attention to the promotion and encourage in-store participation.

TikTok for Business ran the "Scan and Dance" TopView campaign with creator Steffi Mercie, prompting shoppers to scan free wrapping paper in hypermarkets to discover dances and linking users to Carrefour’s website. The campaign delivered 3.2 million video views, more than 3.5 million impressions, a 24.72% click-through rate and a 24.80% engagement rate, driving wide reach and measurable in-store and online engagement.
