Increasing ad account opening efficiency with TikTok's Business Center API

CGY, a China-based agency that provides overseas ad management through its Siluzan SaaS platform, faced a slow, labor-intensive process of manually opening and recharging TikTok ad accounts for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. To speed onboarding and scale ad spend, CGY worked with TikTok for Business and adopted the Business Center API from TikTok's API for Business suite.

By integrating TikTok for Business' Business Center API, CGY automated ad account creation and top-ups, increasing capacity from about 90 manual creations to more than 2,000 accounts per week, cutting setup time from up to 40 minutes per account to bulk-creating 10 accounts in roughly 3 minutes, and reducing recharge time from ~30 minutes to under 1 minute. The automation helped client spend grow 300% to over $6.77 million (May 2021–May 2022) and materially improved operational efficiency.
