TopMax, an education academy in Vietnam that trains aspiring e-commerce sellers, wanted to drive more form submissions from potential students ahead of the country’s peak shopping season. Working with TikTok for Business, the brand aimed to improve the click-through rate of its TikTok ads by refreshing creatives and better capturing attention in the first few seconds of its videos.

TikTok for Business helped TopMax refine its messaging around helping new sellers get started on e-commerce platforms and added the Display Card interactive add-on to make ads more engaging. The campaign lifted CTR from 0.8% in November 2021 to 1.3% in December 2021, while clicks tripled from 3,000 to 10,000, leading to more conversions and continued advertising on TikTok.
