How Shufersal Leveraging the power of community commerce to launch a new line of 'ready-to-bake' cookies

Shufersal, Israel’s largest supermarket chain, wanted to launch a new ready-to-bake cookie dough line targeting young adults (18–30) who value quick, easy baking solutions. To build awareness and desirability they partnered with TikTok for Business, using native TikTok formats and creator-led content to reach the TikTok community authentically.

Working with TikTok for Business, Shufersal commissioned a popular foodie creator to produce four organic videos and enlisted three leading creators to make Duets, then amplified the content with Spark Ads. The campaign generated more than 4 million views (51% view-through rate), 80,000 likes and thousands of shares, drove a 251% increase in sales compared to the two weeks prior, and grew online sales share from 10% to 37%.
