Lactacyd, a personal care brand targeting young women, needed to build brand awareness and strengthen brand love during the COVID-19 period. To reach and engage its audience, Lactacyd partnered with TikTok for Business and leveraged TikTok’s short-form video platform and creative solutions, including a Branded Hashtag Challenge.
TikTok for Business helped Lactacyd launch the #NamMoiMinhTuoiMoi Branded Hashtag Challenge timed to the Lunar New Year, using a catchy rap track, simple dance moves and 15 creator videos to drive participation. The campaign went viral on TikTok, generating more than 214 million video views, 19 million engagements and 105,000 video creations, and contributed to a broader campaign that delivered a +18.3% increase in overall revenue over two months year-over-year.
