How Finish Partnering with creators for a content series to generate tons of brand love

Finish sought to raise awareness for Finish® Quantum® Ultimate™ — a water-saving dishwashing detergent that removes the need to pre-rinse — by taking a TikTok-first approach instead of repurposing product-forward creative used on other platforms. They worked with TikTok for Business to reach audiences who value socially and environmentally responsible brands and to tell the product story natively through creator-driven content.

TikTok for Business helped produce a creator-led content series with five Canadian creators and amplified the work via TopView placement and In-Feed ad units under the #SkipTheRinse creative, driving broad reach and engagement. The campaign delivered about 9.7M video views, an 18% engagement rate, a two-second view rate of 50%, and roughly a 16% CTR, generating strong awareness and clicks while highlighting the product’s water-saving benefits.
